Staff

Our staff are friendly, approachable and offer a high standard of care. They aim to be aware of all our children’s needs – dealing with them individually and appropriately. All staff are committed to our adopted policies. We have up to four members of staff per session, complying with statutory required ratios.

As well as gaining qualifications in early years care and education, our staff take part in further training to help keep up-to-date with best practice and research in early years care and education.

Committee

Rolleston Pre-School is a charitable organisation managed by a committee of trustees. These trustees are elected by the parents of the children who attend Pre-School and its’ Toddler Groups. The elections take place at our AGM, held in the Autumn term. Responsibilites are varied and wide ranging and can include anything from organising a fundraising event to negotiating the terms of a lease.

It’s a great way to become involved in the community, use your existing skills, learn some new ones and make friends. If you don’t want to be a committee member but are interested in joining our band of volunteers then please let us know. Please contribute whatever time and resources you feel you can.
