Currently we take children starting the term following their third birthday. However in circumstances where numbers are high, this may change. On receipt of your child’s registration form, we will contact you before your child’s third birthday to arrange a start date. The Pre-School manager will arrange to visit you at home or you will be given an opportunity to attend an open day at the end of the summer term to introduce your child to Pre-School.

Fees

Each session will cost £10 payable half termly in advance or by weekly payments. There is no reduction for absence such as sickness or holiday. Financial assistance may be available in special circumstances, please speak to the Pre-School Manager, Lolene Poxon.

Children are eligible for free sessions in the term following their 3rd birthday, funded by the Government Nursery Education Grant. Cheques should be made payable to Rolleston Pre-School.

Please note that from September 2010 fees have been increased to £9.50 per session. No lunch sessions are available as session times have changed to:

Morning: 9am – 12pm
Afternoon: 12.30pm – 3.30pm

Non Payment of Fees

If fees remain outstanding after four weeks, we reserve the right to withdraw your child from Pre-School. However we are pleased to discuss any problems regarding the payment of fees. Please talk to the Pre-School Manager, Lolene Poxon, at the earliest opportunity.

Registration Details

Change of address or telephone number must be notified. Children must be collected from Pre-School by a responsible adult. If a child is to be collected by someone other than their usual carer, Pre-School staff must be notified in advance.
